But what are the dimensions on the Bowflex Max M3?

And will it fit in your home?

This post will help you answer that question. So let’s dive in:

Bowflex Max M3 Dimensions – Footprint:

The footprint on this trainer when in full use (not in box) is 49″ L x 26″ W x 64.7″ H

So it’s just slightly smaller than the other Max Trainer models like the M8 or Max Total.

If you want to put it into feet/inches that’s about 4 ‘ L x 2′ 2″ W x 5’ 5″ H

What’s the Minimum Ceiling Height For the Bowflex M3?

The footprint is not the only thing to think about when looking at the Bowflex Max M3 dimensions. You also need to consider the ceiling height.

You don’t want to get the machine home and assembled – then realize that you’re bumping up against the ceiling when you get on it.

Thankfully, the Bowflex M3 Max has a pretty low ceiling height requirement compared to other Bowflex equipment.

According to the official Manufacturer specs, you’ll need to measure 15 inches above the tallest user height to get your minimum ceiling height required for this trainer.

That’s about 1 foot 3 inches above your height (or the tallest user in your home’s height)

So let’s work some numbers:

Let’s say your tallest user is 6 feet.

You take 6 feet + 1 foot, 3 inches and you get a ceiling height of 7 feet, 3 inches. So a ceiling height of 8 or 9 feet (or even a 7 and a half foot ceiling) would work.

If your tallest user is 5 foot 6 inches, you take this and add 1 foot 3 inches and get a minimum ceiling height of 6 feet 9 inches. So in this case a 7 foot ceiling would work quite easily. and with a 8 or 9 foot ceiling you’d be swimming in space.

So those are some of the Bowflex Max M3 dimensions that you need to know.

For most people the Max Trainer M3 fits nicely into a small corner of the room and the ceiling height requirements are pretty easy to work with – since it has a lower step-on height than most elliptical machines.
