Not sure how to get started with your new Bowflex Max Trainer? This can be a challenging machine – especially if you are not used to exercising on a regular basis.
So I always tell people that you have to work up to it. Here’s a great video from the Bowflex Manufacturer below that shows you exactly how to get started with the Max Trainer and how to work up to those calorie-blasting 14 minute workouts.
Remember to always listen to your body and only do what you can. You may find that you can only do 3 minutes a day at first – that’s ok.
Don’t worry, you are still burning calories – even for 3 minutes! Plus your body will be able to handle longer workouts much more easily over time. Just don’t quit!
